Lead end-to-end FM readiness for 8 Kippax from handover to operations
Build vendor roster, compliance framework, and 52-week PPM schedule
Manage day-to-day FM ops for 8 Kippax and wider Sydney campus
Report to Global Facilities Lead; partner with Workplace Experience, IT, Security, People
Oversee governance, performance, and compliance across the Sydney portfolio
Own asset registers, maintenance databases, and all documentation

🎯 Requirements

Solid facilities management experience in commercial or tech
Stand up FM operations from scratch with vendor mobilisation and PPM
Strong knowledge of WHS, compliance, building systems and governance
Experience managing building handovers with project delivery teams
Highly organized, proactive, able to manage multiple workstreams
Confident communicator with project teams, vendors and stakeholders
