System and Data Analyst

📋 Description

• Support the ToW Manager with the coordination and delivery of programme activities across the full
• Prepare and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and performance metrics (KPIs).
• Update and track project plans, milestones, and key deliverables.
• Assist with APQP activities and ensure project progress is accurately monitored.
• Maintain Line of Balance (LOB) reporting and planning updates.
• Create and manage standardised templates, trackers, and reporting tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or Programme Support role.
• Strong data analysis and reporting experience using SQL, Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central or
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
• Experience creating dashboards, KPIs and management reports.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
