📋 Description

• Manage and resolve escalated IT support issues while maintaining timely, reliable service and a
• Administer core IT systems, SaaS applications, identity and access controls, endpoints
• Support administration of Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune, Jira, Confluence, Zoom
• Manage employee account provisioning and deprovisioning workflows, identifying opportunities to
• Maintain enterprise security practices, system documentation, access controls, and established IT
• Complete systems and IT projects independently from planning through implementation, documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated professional experience administering internal IT systems, SaaS applications, identity
• Hands-on experience with several of the following: Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, Microsoft Intune
• Practical experience managing employee identity, access, provisioning, and deprovisioning workflows.
• Experience independently administering Apple/macOS devices through an endpoint-management platform
• Proven ability to own or implement SaaS administration, SSO/IAM, endpoint management, security
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with the confidence to
