📋 Description

• Escalation point for complex infra issues from L1/L2 support.
• Design, implement, and maintain secure, highly available cloud/hybrid infra (Azure focus).
• Lead IaaS/PaaS/SaaS deployments to meet fintech compliance (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, SOX).
• Administer Windows Server, AD (on-prem/Azure), and M365 apps (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
• Manage endpoint security and MDM via Intune/JAMF; enforce Zero Trust.
• Implement IAM: Azure AD Conditional Access, MFA, and SSO integrations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent.
• 5+ years of progressive systems administration; 2+ in senior/L3.
• Azure expert: VMs, Networking, AD, and Security Center.
• VMware vSphere and Citrix Virtual Desktops on Azure experience.
• IaC: Terraform, Ansible; scripting with PowerShell/Python/Bash.
• PCI-DSS, SOC 2 Type II, SOX ITGC familiarity.
