Systems Analyst II

📋 Description

• Own tools, workflows, and automations for GTM teams.
• Build and ship solutions to reduce time and improve efficiency.
• Partner with Sales, SDR, CS, RevOps to identify bottlenecks.
• Integrate AI into tools and workflows with guidance from seniors.
• Analyze GTM data; present data backed recommendations.
• Independently own and deliver moderately scoped projects end to end.

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, or RevOps engineering.
• Familiarity with GTM tools: Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra.
• Experience leading tools end-to-end from evaluation through implementation.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
• Data driven and able to present to non technical leadership.
• Interest in embedding AI/LLM into tooling and workflows.
