Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Implement, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot networking technologies, systems, software, and
• Provide Level 2 technical support and resolve escalated service desk issues across Windows and
• Perform remote troubleshooting and fixes at the desktop, server, and network levels, including
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, research technical problems, determine appropriate
• Support technologies including Apple hardware and macOS, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Microsoft
• Assist with larger implementation projects, smaller technical projects, and onsite support

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an MSP, service desk, corporate IT, technical support, consulting, or
• 5+ years of project engineering experience
• College degree from an accredited four-year institution or equivalent relevant technical experience
• Strong experience with Apple hardware, macOS, Google Workspace, Windows, Microsoft Office 365
• Experience supporting Outlook and the Microsoft 365 administration portal
• Hands-on experience administering and securing Windows workstation and server operating systems
