📋 Description

• Monitor system performance, availability, and security, escalating issues when needed.
• Respond to systems-related support requests and help troubleshoot hardware, software, access

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on IT, systems administration, help desk, infrastructure, cloud, or related
• Working knowledge of Windows environments, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, networking
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Familiarity with endpoint management, virtualization, backup tools, monitoring tools, or ticketing
• Basic scripting or automation experience, preferably with PowerShell.
• Ability to troubleshoot methodically, research unfamiliar issues, and communicate clearly with
