Systems Engineer (Linux & Windows)

📋 Description

• Serve as a first point of contact for customer requests and monitoring alerts within a first-level
• Configure, maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, including kernel tuning
• Operate and maintain web servers and load-balancing solutions, including Traefik, NGINX, Envoy, and
• Manage TLS certificate termination and support database environments using MariaDB, Microsoft SQL
• Monitor system performance, investigate operational issues, and contribute to service reliability

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of relevant professional experience in IT operations, excluding education and
• Strong hands-on Linux expertise, particularly in kernel tuning, filesystem management, and system
• Solid knowledge of Windows environments, especially Active Directory and Windows system
• Practical experience with web servers such as Traefik, NGINX, Envoy, or Apache, as well as
• Good working knowledge of at least one of the following database systems: MariaDB, Microsoft SQL
• Basic understanding of TLS certificate termination and related security concepts.
