• Led and grown high-performing technical teams across local and distributed environments
• Strong coaching, mentoring and developing engineers and emerging leaders
• Deep experience in identity and access management with SCIM, SAML and OpenID Connect
• Provide timely, clear and constructive feedback to help people grow
• Use data and metrics to spot trends and improve service outcomes
• Configured enterprise identity capabilities such as SSO, lifecycle management and MFA
