Systems Operations Associate

📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders and tech teams to optimize data workflows
• Own data integrity across core systems and a single source of truth
• Support data governance and SOX/audit readiness with legal, finance, and product
• Analyze as-is vs to-be processes; translate into specs for product and engineering
• Collaborate with product/engineering to design systems for reporting and automation
• Drive automation of manual, error-prone workflows and support testing and adoption

🎯 Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in business operations, systems operations, or related analytical/operational role
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems
• Experience with data governance, data quality management, and SOX/compliance
• Experience supporting new product or feature launches requiring cross-functional collaboration
• Comfort using ticketing systems, reports, and dashboards (JIRA or Salesforce a plus)
• Strong communication; translate between technical and non-technical audiences; Excel/BI skills a plus
