Talent Acquisition Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate and support enhancements across Talent Acquisition technology platforms, including
• Gather, document, and translate business needs into functional requirements and user stories for
• Maintain system enhancement requests and support backlog prioritization in partnership with TA
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), defect tracking, implementation readiness, and
• Identify opportunities to improve system functionality, user experience, workflow efficiency, and
• Support system integrations by documenting business requirements, investigating operational issues

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in business operations, systems analysis, reporting and analytics, HR
• Experience generating reports, analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and developing
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation, and trend
• Experience working with enterprise systems, workflow platforms, or service-management technologies.
• Experience documenting business requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
