Talent Acquisition Coordinator

📋 Description

• Complete the day-to-day administration of Ashby, maintaining accurate and complete candidate
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, managing candidate and interviewer communication
• Welcome and support candidates attending interviews at the ClearBank office, particularly senior
• Monitor recruitment activity and data quality in Ashby, identifying missing, inaccurate or outdated
• Produce accurate weekly Talent Acquisition dashboards and insights, providing clear visibility of
• Support wider Talent operations, including supplier onboarding and offboarding for the Head of

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in a Talent Acquisition, recruitment coordination or similar role, with
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple interviews, activities and
• Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with recruitment systems, schedules
• Confidence communicating with candidates and colleagues at different levels of seniority.
• The ability to use digital systems effectively and learn new technology and processes quickly.
• A methodical approach to maintaining accurate records and identifying missing or inconsistent
