• Run interview logistics end-to-end
• Schedule and manage interviews across teams, time zones, formats
• Stay ahead of conflicts and tight calendars
• Own the candidate experience as main contact
• Communicate clearly, promptly, and respectfully
• Make candidates feel informed and valued

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years in recruiting coordination or fast-paced admin
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Able to juggle multiple priorities
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Experience with ATS/CRM (Ashby, Gem preferred)
• Comfortable interacting with senior leaders and founders
