📋 Description

• Act as dedicated pre-hire resource for Talent Acquisition
• Manage the pre-hire process from offer to final office approval
• Serve as primary candidate contact during the pre-hire phase
• Ensure pre-hire docs meet regulatory requirements (checks and e-sign)
• Coordinate across multiple third-party vendors to resolve delays
• Maintain regular communication with Recruiters on candidate status

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related experience may substitute
• HR or onboarding experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrates leadership, customer service, and multitasking
• Organizational and time management skills
• Strong computer proficiency
