📋 Description

• Help find and engage talent by turning hiring briefs into targeted searches using LinkedIn
• Prepare outreach drafts and communicate with candidates
• Build and improve AI recruiting workflows for sourcing, scoring, outreach, and dashboards
• Test and refine AI prompts and processes, applying judgment to improve candidate recommendations
• Investigate issues and debug workflows to automate repetitive tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Curious about people, technology, and how companies build teams
• Clear thinker and fast learner, able to turn open-ended problems into concrete next steps
• Strong written French and ability to work in English
• Comfortable exploring tools such as Claude or ChatGPT (Zapier or n8n is a bonus)
• Rigorous with details and resourceful when things don't work
• Prior experience in sales, research, recruiting, or startups is welcome but not required
