Schedule and perform phone screens
Help implement a Recruiting Best Practice strategy
Assist in building an event calendar, including career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking
Assist with candidate pipeline reporting and analysis

🎯 Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related discipline
Background and/or education in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, and/or Organizational Development
Interest in startups
Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required
Hard-working, determined, ambitious, self-motivated, and a can-do attitude!
