Talent Acquisition Intern - IT Recruitment

📋 Description

• Source and screen candidates for Tech roles through LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms
• Identify relevant profiles based on technical requirements and job descriptions
• Conduct initial candidate communication and HR screening calls
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers
• Support tech hiring drives, including weekend drives, as required
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and hiring reports

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes
• Good sourcing and candidate screening skills
• Ability to understand basic technical job requirements
• Good coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
