📋 Description

• Own the full talent acquisition lifecycle for the organization's most business-critical roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, translate

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a demonstrated track record of
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, pipeline management, stakeholder
• Genuine enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, automation, and emerging recruitment technologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders, build trust quickly, and maintain
• Experience developing interviewing capabilities in others, including interviewer training
• Strong understanding of effective, consistent, and candidate-focused hiring practices.
