🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years operational experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
• A+ technical recruiting experience for Eng/Product roles
• Swiss Army Knife ability: jump into unfamiliar areas and deliver quickly
• AI adept: savvy with LLMs and AI agents
• Early-stage startup experience; building functions from scratch
• Expertise in recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem) is a plus
