🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, with strong knowledge of the full hiring
• Proven experience sourcing and hiring high-quality talent across non-technical functions
• Strong execution skills, with the ability to take ownership of recruitment activities and deliver
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and coordinate multiple recruitment projects and hiring processes
• Strong service-oriented mindset with the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships
• Proactive, self-driven approach with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility for
