🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in full-cycle recruiting in high-volume environments.
• 1–2 years of people management or mentorship.
• Process improvement experience.
• Advanced Greenhouse ATS and ADP HRIS skills.
• Data-driven, track time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Experience delivering interview training modules.
