🎯 Requirements

• 6-10 years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment across functions.
• Prior experience leading TA teams.
• Experience with ATS/HCM platforms (Oracle, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP).
