Talent Acquisition Manager (Contract)

📋 Description

• Partner directly with hiring managers and GTM executives to identify and prioritise immediate
• Source, engage and close high-performing candidates across a broad range of GTM roles
• Develop creative, headhunting-led strategies to reach passive, top-tier SaaS talent through market
• Screen and assess candidates against both values alignment and the technical or commercial
• Deliver a seamless, transparent and high-touch candidate experience from first contact through
• Act as a trusted adviser to internal stakeholders by coaching interview teams and sharing

🎯 Requirements

• At least five years of experience in Talent Acquisition within a fast-growing environment
• Strong headhunting skills and the ability to move between volume hiring and retained-search
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enjoy taking on challenges hands-on
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Confident using productivity and recruitment tools and manage competing priorities in a structured
• Curious, enjoy learning and work effectively with autonomy
