Talent Acquisition Operations Intern

📋 Description

• Support end-to-end recruitment operations across multiple open positions
• Source and screen candidates for a variety of roles
• Coordinate interviews across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
• Keep candidate pipelines moving and ensure timely follow-ups at every stage
• Maintain accurate ATS data, recruitment trackers, and candidate records
• Coordinate assessments, feedback collection, interview outcomes, and next steps

🎯 Requirements

• 0-2 years of prior experience or internship experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or TA
• A good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple roles and processes simultaneously
• Experience working with Google Sheets or Excel, recruitment trackers, and an ATS such as Lever or
• An interest in recruitment data, metrics, reporting, and dashboards
