🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition ideally in scale-ups, SaaS, or fast-paced tech
• Proven track record of proactive sourcing across various functions and seniority levels, including
• Advanced expertise in sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM
• Strong market mapping and research skills, with the ability to turn market insight into actionable
• Excellent written communication, with a demonstrable ability to write outreach that gets responses.
• Comfortable working in complex, scaling, and global environments.
