🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR function.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple end-to-end recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment.
• Familiarity with different recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and talent attraction strategies.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across different functions
