🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• 2+ years of relevant recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or related experience.
• Experience managing high-volume recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt positions.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment techniques, and labor
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships across
