🎯 Requirements

2–4 years of recruitment/talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house), including full-cycle
Daily, fluent use of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or similar) as part of your workflow
Comfortable with ATS/CRM tools (e.g., Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter) and spreadsheet-based tracking
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong attention to detail
High energy and polish
