  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle from intake through offer and close.
  • Manage a portfolio of roles across the Americas and EMEA.
  • Build proactive pipelines through sourcing, partnerships, and market mapping.
  • Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, running strong intake and calibration conversations.
  • Proactively identify risks, misalignment, and blockers and drive solutions.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for GTM or Technical and Corporate roles (Engineering, Finance, HR).
  • Experience hiring across the Americas and/or EMEA.
  • Background in SaaS or fast-growth tech environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and partnering with hiring managers.
  • Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, globally distributed environment.
