🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (required).
• 4+ years of proven success as a Technical Recruiter, with a strong background supporting highly
• Demonstrated mastery in data-driven recruiting, using market insights, metrics, and talent mapping
• Proven capacity to manage a high volume of complex requisitions with a high sense of urgency and
• Thoughtful, self-aware communicator with exceptional relationship-building and consultative skills.
• Proficiency leveraging Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn
