📋 Description

• Partner with senior technology leaders to define hiring needs, align on priorities, and shape
• Attract exceptional technical talent by designing and executing creative sourcing strategies for
• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from outreach and candidate assessment through stakeholder
• Use recruiting metrics, market insights, and pipeline data to influence decisions, improve hiring
• Strengthen hiring quality by supporting interviewer calibration, sharing recruiting best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 2+ years in an in-house recruiting
• Deep expertise recruiting for technology, engineering, or other highly technical roles.
• A track record of hiring strong technical talent across levels, from entry-level through Director.
• Experience partnering with and influencing senior technology leaders on hiring strategy
• Strong sourcing skills, including experience engaging niche and senior-level candidates.
• Experience using recruiting metrics and market insights to inform decisions and improve hiring
