🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and pipeline
• Experience recruiting for technology, IT, technical support, or other specialized roles is highly
• Demonstrated success using modern recruiting platforms, ATS solutions, sourcing engines, and
• Strong track record of proactively identifying candidates and converting passive prospects into
• Exceptional written and spoken English, with the ability to conduct professional interviews and
