• Build our SF engineering team: Partner closely with engineering leaders to define hiring needs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring exceptional engineers
• Experience owning complex technical searches and closing candidates with competitive offers
• The credibility and judgment to advise senior engineering leaders and influence hiring decisions
• Strong technical fluency and the ability to understand engineering teams, skill sets, and candidate
• Creative sourcing skills and a track record of building relationships with passive technical talent
• High ownership, strong execution, and comfort bringing structure to ambiguous hiring needs
