📋 Description

• Execute talent sourcing strategies designed to effectively identify GTM Technical Sales talent for
• Monitor talent pipelines to assess depth of candidate pool and actions needed to maintain talent
• Utilize a variety of proven talent platforms and resources such as social media, internet job
• Phone screen candidates for interest level, skills and qualifications, and salary requirements
• Manage full cycle recruiting process for assigned job requisitions when assigned
• Partner with hiring manager(s) to determine search strategy for specific requisitions, execute

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years full cycle sourcing and recruiting experience required, preferably in a
• Proven experience recruiting or sourcing for GTM Technical Sales roles
• Fully adept search capabilities, with proven sourcing/recruiting experience and skills, including
• Regular use of creativity and innovation to successfully identify and engage high-potential talent
• Ability to produce results for high-volume, high complexity hiring needs
