📋 Description

• Partner with our talent team and hiring managers to gain a deep understanding of our hiring needs
• Source top-tier candidates by utilizing a variety of channels and creative techniques, including
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone assessments to evaluate candidates' skills
• Manage the interview process, including coordinating and scheduling interviews and ensuring a
• Lead behavioral and HR interviews to assess candidate motivation, core competencies, and cultural
• Utilize our applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate candidate records and track

🎯 Requirements

• at least 2 years of experience in recruiting for a tech or startup environment
• highly proficient with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search strings, and other
• a proactive and self-driven professional with a passion for recruitment and connecting people with
• strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset, with a desire to build effective
• a creative thinker with a sense of urgency, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage
• deep familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Greenhouse is a plus
