📋 Description

• Ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process for all assigned requisitions, from intake meetings
• Engage with HR Business Partners and hiring managers in relation to current and future recruitment
• Design and deliver branded sourcing strategies internally and externally to attract and promote top
• Manage intake meetings with hiring managers, while also ensuring that a clear plan is put in place
• Screen and shortlist suitable candidates via telephone, video and onsite interviews.
• Ensure that communication with candidates and hiring managers is regular throughout the entire

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant third level qualification.
• Previous recruitment experience (in-house or 3rd party agency).
• Successful track record of high-volume recruiting, ideally in the pharmaceutical or medical devices
• Demonstrated customer focus and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to use initiative and work in a fast-paced environment, while also delivering the
