📋 Description

• In charge of the end-to-end process of talent acquisition activities, from job requisition / intake
• Proactively source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including job
• Utilize advanced search techniques and tools to build a strong talent pipeline of candidates
• Conduct qualifying phone screens and interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills
• Partner with key stakeholders and hiring managers to understand and clarify talent needs and
• Provide insights and recommendations on candidate profiles, market trends, and best practices to

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, strong verbal and written English.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimally 2-3 years of experience in recruitment operations and/or talent acquisition, experience
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, including Boolean search
• Strong proficiency in data management, reporting, and analysis, with advanced skills in Excel or
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
