📋 Description

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs and hiring strategies.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates.
• Post and manage job openings on LinkedIn and Naukri.
• Maintain recruitment workflows in Greenhouse ATS and track metrics.
• Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks and process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment analytics.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience using data and metrics to improve hiring processes.
• Must have worked with Product-Based companies.
