Talent Acquisition Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
• Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including: pre-screening candidates, scheduling
• Work closely with our recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche
• Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified
• Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media
• Implement recruiting ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of recruiting experience (must be within the Salesforce and/or Amazon (AWS) space)
• Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting is a plus
• Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)
• Excellent communicators must be comfortable & confident on the phone
• Competitive and goal-oriented with appropriate attention to detail
• Passion for establishing and maintaining relationships with recruited consultants
