📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for SGS Korea
• Act as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers by understanding business priorities, defining target
• Collaborate on domestic and global recruitment with Regional and Global TA teams and overseas
• Build and execute sourcing strategies by selecting relevant channels and managing pipeline quality
• Deliver a compelling candidate experience through transparent communication and well-managed offer
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in Korean, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Legally authorized to live and work in Korea without visa sponsorship
• 7 to 10 years of total HR experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on experience in
• Demonstrated experience owning the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through joining
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders
• Preferred: Experience working in a multinational company or collaborating with overseas Hiring
