📋 Description

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle from role kick-off through candidate onboarding.
• Partner with Engineering leaders and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build effective
• Hire across Product Engineering and Technology functions, including Software Engineering, QA
• Independently manage both high-volume hiring as well as niche/specialized technical searches.
• Build strong talent pipelines using sourcing platforms, referrals, networking and direct search
• Drive candidate engagement while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8 years of IT Talent Acquisition experience.
• Proven experience recruiting for Product Engineering companies, technology startups, SaaS
• Strong experience hiring across software engineering and technology roles.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage multiple requisitions across varying seniority levels.
• Experience delivering both volume hiring and difficult-to-fill niche technical positions.
• Hands-on expertise with sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent intelligence
