• Be the champion of candidate experience, positively promote and grow Smartling’s employer brand
• Pipeline management: closely monitor all stages of the candidate life-cycle and proactively
• Candidate management: screen candidate applications and make assessment calls, conduct feedback
• Inbound talent attraction: manage recruiting platforms to attract and engage unique talent

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ yrs recruiting experience in a tech company
• Strong communication and expectation-setting skills
• A proven ability to establish relationships with people at all levels within companies, manage
• A self-starter mentality, comfortable with shifting priorities and handling ambiguity
• Outstanding organizational skills and drive to improve efficiency
• A sense of urgency, persistence, creativity, and resourcefulness
