📋 Description

• Coordinate complex interviews, calendars, and interviewer panels, managing reschedules and ensuring
• Own candidate communications throughout the recruitment process, including interview confirmations
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to source and develop diverse candidate pipelines using
• Review resumes and conduct structured initial candidate screens, assessing qualifications
• Maintain accurate and timely ATS data, including candidate stages, interview feedback, requisition
• Manage offer-process administration, including preparation of offer letters and employment

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, recruiting operations, talent sourcing, or recruiting support
• Demonstrated experience managing complex interview scheduling, multiple stakeholder communications
• Strong talent sourcing fundamentals, including experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search
• Experience conducting candidate phone screens or demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, follow-through, and written and verbal
• Strong judgment and the ability to manage shifting priorities effectively in a fast-paced
