📋 Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective
• Source and attract candidates through various channels
• Screen CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment
• Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives to attract top talent

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in
• Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies would be a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deliver and drive for results under pressure in a fast-paced environment
