Own end-to-end interview scheduling across all hiring stages
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates through the interview and offer process
Resolve scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes
Maintain data integrity in Ashby ATS
Administer and improve TA tools and workflows
Build recruiting reports and dashboards

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of experience in talent acquisition coordination or recruiting operations
Hands-on experience with an ATS
Proven ability to coordinate complex logistics
Clear and confident written communication skills
Comfortable using AI-native tools
Strong organizational skills and discretion
