Talent Acquisition Specialist

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruitment for assigned sales, technology, and operations positions, from intake
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop job descriptions, establish
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and
• Review applications and conduct initial screening conversations to assess skills, motivation
• Coordinate interview processes, collect interviewer feedback, facilitate debriefs, and support
• Extend offers and support candidate negotiations with guidance from senior People team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, agency recruitment, or a closely related
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of processes from beginning to end and remain accountable
• Proactive, results-oriented approach with the confidence to challenge assumptions, engage hiring
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple
• Genuine interest in employer branding, company culture, employee engagement, and creating
