Talent Acquisition Specialist - German 26 French/Spanish speaking (FTC)

📋 Description

• Support growth by sourcing top talent for Sales and Key Accounts.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ATS usage.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers; provide guidance and decision support.
• Partner on creative adverts for job boards and social channels.
• Maintain an active pipeline of referrals from internal and external employees.
• Contribute to data via analytics and KPI reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Full professional proficiency in English, German and either French or Spanish.
• Experience in high-volume recruitment, esp. in Sales.
• Hands-on direct sourcing; creative and persevering with repetitive tasks.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Data-driven with KPI awareness and reporting.
• Willingness to work 2/3 in the office per week; hybrid setup.
