📋 Description

• End-to-end recruitment in Sales & Key Accounts.
• Proactively source and screen candidates; assess fit.
• Guide Hiring Managers through the recruitment process.
• Create adverts for job boards and social channels.
• Maintain an active referrals pipeline.
• Build relationships and hire fast with strong candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• English, German and French or Spanish proficient.
• High-volume Sales recruitment experience.
• Direct sourcing: creative, persistent, outcome-focused.
• ATS experience; data-driven with KPIs.
• Autonomous; strong relationship builder; 2-3 days in-office.
• Germany/France/Spain recruiting experience; multi-market helpful.
