📋 Description

• Source and build talent pipelines for medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM) candidates
• Conduct technical screening of resumes for billing experience, payer knowledge, EMR systems, and
• Assess billing proficiency through screening calls evaluating claim workflows, EOBs, denials
• Administer and score role-specific skills assessments
• Recommend qualified candidates with clear written evaluations
• Match candidates to partner practice needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on medical billing experience covering full revenue cycle
• Strong knowledge of payer requirements, EOB interpretation, reimbursement rules, and denial reasons
• Ability to explain billing workflows and assess candidates' practical experience
• Confidence in conducting live screening calls
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
