Talent Attraction Partner

📋 Description

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to tailor sourcing for Marketing, Creative, Business & G&A
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline via outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement
• Attend intake meetings to understand each role’s requirements
• Conduct recruiter screens to assess alignment and share calibrated recommendations
• Create market maps and talent intelligence to inform sourcing strategies
• Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and iterate to improve the funnel
• Balance speed and quality of engagement at scale with personalization

🎯 Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree
• 2+ years of high-volume sourcing for Marketing, Creative, Business & G&A
• Proven ability to develop relationships with diverse, hard-to-reach talent pools
• Proficiency in G-Suite, Greenhouse, Gem, SeekOut
• Fluent in Boolean logic and CRM re-engagement searches
• Data-driven approach balancing speed and precision in engagement
